Subject: Letter of solicitation for sponsorship of UCX/UCDX

 

To: All past, present, and future sponsors of UCDX

 

From: Steven Lee (owner), Alexis Dobson-Bynum (co owner) and Francine Thomas (Business Admin.)

 

 

      Ultimate Cheer and Dance Xplosion is a non profit organization that is beginning it's second season serving as

 

coaches and mentors to children in the Hampton Roads community. As a membering team of the Peninsula Cheer

 

Association, UCDX participates in cheerleading and dance competitions against other membering teams in the area.

 

With a total of 7 coaches, 1 business admin, and a growing number of team participants, UCDX is expanding it's

 

presence  with it's "open registration" policy.

 

    As a non profit organization, UCDX utilizes all avenues of fundraising, sponsorship and donations in order to fund

 

it's teams needs and facilities. As with any non profit organization, there is a challenge to maintain these costs which

 

include: faciility rent, insurance, transportation, equpiment, and competition fees. While UCDX strives to keep

 

participant contributions as affordable as possible; we would not be able to maintain without the help of our sponsors

 

and donations. Particpant fees are currently only $15.00 for registration as well as a $125.00 uniform fee and a 

 

monthly fee of $40.00. UCDX staff operates solely on a volunteer basis and all donations and fees support the UCDX

 

dance and cheer portions of our organization.

 

   A sponsorship or donation of any amount is always accepted graciously, and will in turn guarantee public

 

acknowledgement of contributing individual(s)/ company; as well as any and all appropriate endorsements and finally

 

a banner of representation on the organization website.
